1. Do I need to use the app?

No, the 'Wonky Picture Publishing' app is a free companion app that is intended to enhance your reading experience and encourage children to want to read the book over and over again. The app is completely optional and Turtley In Love can be read with or without it.

2. The page won't scan, what should I do?

If the page won't scan, first of all make sure that it is a scannable page that displays Tommy's image in the top right hand corner of the page. Not all pages of Turtley In Love  can be scanned. 

Second, make sure that you are scanning the entire page and not just the image of Tommy. The entire page needs to be visible through the camera in order for the app to recognise the image. 

If the app still won't work then please shut down the app completely and try again.

3. I can't find the app in the App Store

If you can't find the app in the App Store you may need to update your operating system to the latest iOS software. The App Store will only show you apps that are available on your device. The 'Wonky Picture Publishing' app is available on devices running iOS 13 and above.
